03 - Warm drained sweetcorn in a microwave-safe dish or in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.
04 - Stir beef gravy mix into boiling water and cook per package instructions until thickened, then keep warm.
05 - In individual serving bowls, layer mashed potatoes as the base, then top with heated corn, pieces of popcorn chicken, ladle over hot beef gravy, and finish with a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
