Combine chopped watermelon and lime juice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. If desired, add agave syrup or honey and blend briefly to incorporate.

Pour the blended watermelon mixture into popsicle molds until each is about three-quarters full. Place molds in the freezer for approximately 90 minutes, or until the mixture is partially frozen and slushy.

Slice the peeled kiwis into thin rounds. Once the watermelon layer has firmed up, gently insert kiwi slices into each mold on top of the partially frozen base.

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Return to the freezer for at least 4 additional hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set and solid.
