Watermelon Kiwi Popsicles Treats (Print-Friendly Version)

Juicy watermelon and kiwi layered into icy treats, sweetened naturally for a cool, fruity bite all summer.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

01 - 800 g seedless watermelon, chopped
02 - 4–5 ripe kiwis, peeled
03 - 15 mL fresh lime juice
04 - 15–30 mL agave syrup or honey, optional

# How to Prepare:

01 - Combine chopped watermelon and lime juice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. If desired, add agave syrup or honey and blend briefly to incorporate.
02 - Pour the blended watermelon mixture into popsicle molds until each is about three-quarters full. Place molds in the freezer for approximately 90 minutes, or until the mixture is partially frozen and slushy.
03 - Slice the peeled kiwis into thin rounds. Once the watermelon layer has firmed up, gently insert kiwi slices into each mold on top of the partially frozen base.
04 - Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Return to the freezer for at least 4 additional hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set and solid.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For optimal flavor, select ripe and sweet watermelon.
02 - If a smoother texture is preferred, strain the watermelon puree before filling the molds.
03 - For a decorative touch, dip frozen pops in melted white chocolate just before serving.
04 - To ensure the frozen treat remains vegan, use agave syrup instead of honey.
