In a large pitcher, add the white wine, peach schnapps, peach nectar, and granulated sugar.

Stir to combine and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably up to 12 hours.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with additional peach nectar if needed. Add desired fruits to the pitcher.

Place ice in a glass, pour sangria with fruit into the glass, and top with seltzer water.
