Chewy 3-Ingredient Orange Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240 ml fresh orange juice, strained
02 - 100 g granulated sugar
03 - 16 g cornstarch
04 - Powdered sugar for coating (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, stir together orange juice and sugar over medium heat until dissolved.
02 - Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Slowly add to the saucepan while stirring constantly. Cook until thick and glossy, approximately 10–15 minutes.
03 - Pour into a parchment-lined or greased small pan. Let cool, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
04 - Slice into cubes or strips. Optionally, coat in powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
