Combine chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, black pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, and 60 ml chopped basil in a bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Slice into strips.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, following package instructions. Drain thoroughly and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

In a large bowl, mix diced tomatoes, remaining chopped basil, remaining minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Gently toss cooked pasta with the tomato mixture and grilled chicken strips. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil. Add grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
