01 - 2 medium chicken breasts (approximately 450 g)

02 - 340 g penne or fusilli pasta

03 - 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
04 - 1 cup chopped fresh basil
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

06 - 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

# How to Prepare:

01 - Combine chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, black pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, and 60 ml chopped basil in a bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Slice into strips.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, following package instructions. Drain thoroughly and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - In a large bowl, mix diced tomatoes, remaining chopped basil, remaining minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and a drizzle of olive oil.
04 - Gently toss cooked pasta with the tomato mixture and grilled chicken strips. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil. Add grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
