# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 2 flatbreads (approximately 410 g total)
02 - 2 teaspoons light olive oil

→ Toppings

03 - 120 ml buffalo wing sauce, plus extra as desired
04 - 225 g cooked chicken breast, diced
05 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 80 ml blue cheese dressing, plus extra as desired
07 - 3 green onions, sliced (about 30 g)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C for even baking.
02 - Arrange flatbreads on a parchment-lined sheet pan and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
03 - Bake flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed through and the edges begin to crisp.
04 - Remove from oven. Spread buffalo wing sauce evenly across both flatbreads, then top with diced chicken and shredded mozzarella. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the surface.
05 - Return flatbreads to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown. For a deeper golden finish, place under a hot broiler for 1–2 minutes as desired.
06 - Remove from oven. Garnish with sliced green onions and additional buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing if preferred. Slice and serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For enhanced presentation and flavour, drizzle extra buffalo sauce or blue cheese before serving.
02 - Cut into small squares for sharing or larger slices for a main dish. Accompany with a fresh side salad for a balanced meal.
