Arrange flatbreads on a parchment-lined sheet pan and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.

Bake flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed through and the edges begin to crisp.

Remove from oven. Spread buffalo wing sauce evenly across both flatbreads, then top with diced chicken and shredded mozzarella. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the surface.

Return flatbreads to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown. For a deeper golden finish, place under a hot broiler for 1–2 minutes as desired.

Remove from oven. Garnish with sliced green onions and additional buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing if preferred. Slice and serve immediately.
