Burrata Bruschetta with Basil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch rounds
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
05 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
06 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
03 - Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
04 - In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, torn basil leaves, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
05 - Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous spoonful of the tomato and basil mixture.
06 - Add a piece of burrata cheese on top of each bruschetta, gently tearing it into smaller pieces.
07 - Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if using, and serve immediately.

01 - You can add olive oil and lemon juice to the tomatoes for extra flavor if desired.
02 - For a more traditional version, you can use mozzarella instead of burrata.
