01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 240 ml marinara sauce
07 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 15 grams fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove skillet from heat.
