Chicken and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes.
02 - 4-5 small or medium potatoes, diced.
03 - Olive oil for tossing the potatoes.
04 - Potato salt.
05 - Ground black pepper for the potatoes.
06 - Powdered garlic for potatoes.
07 - Paprika for seasoning potatoes.
08 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt for chicken chunks.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper for chicken pieces.
11 - 1 teaspoon paprika seasoning.
12 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
13 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs mix.
14 - 2 tablespoons of minced fresh garlic.
15 - Garlic Parmesan sauce (Buffalo Wild Wings), use as wanted.
16 - 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop your potatoes into cubes, then coat them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
02 - Cook the potatoes in your air fryer at 400°F. It takes about 20 minutes. Shake them now and then to ensure they're crispy outside and soft inside.
03 - Cut the chicken into small cubes, then season them with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
04 - Melt some butter in a pan over medium-high heat, then sauté the chicken cubes until they reach 165°F inside.
05 - Add the minced garlic and your garlic Parmesan sauce into the skillet with chicken. Stir and let it cook another minute or two.
06 - Toss the cooked potatoes into the skillet with the chicken. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top, then pop it under the broiler to melt and bubble.

# Notes:

01 - You can bake the potatoes in the oven instead of using the air fryer.
02 - Adjust the amount of sauce based on how saucy you like it.
03 - Fresh parsley can be sprinkled on top if you'd like.
