05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 large egg, beaten
09 - 60 g panko breadcrumbs

→ Honey Lemon Sauce

10 - 60 ml honey
11 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 - 15 ml olive oil
13 - 15 g unsalted butter

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
03 - Dip each chicken tender first into the seasoned flour, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
04 - Place coated chicken tenders on the prepared tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
05 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
06 - Drizzle the warm honey lemon sauce over the baked tenders or toss tenders in the sauce for full coating. Serve immediately.
