→ Assembly

09 - 150 g shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 1 can (226 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
12 - All-purpose flour, for dusting
13 - Parchment paper, for baking

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
03 - In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Cook until no pink remains.
04 - Drain excess fat from the skillet and set the beef aside, allowing it to cool slightly.
05 - Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, ensuring it does not burn.
06 - Lightly flour a clean surface and unroll the crescent dough, pinching seams together to form a single sheet.
07 - Brush the prepared garlic butter evenly over the dough surface.
08 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1.5 cm border around the edges.
09 - Crumble cooked bacon evenly over the cheese layer.
10 - Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly over the bacon layer.
11 - Starting from the shorter side, gently roll up the dough, enclosing the fillings tightly.
12 - Slice the roll into 2.5 cm rounds and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
13 - Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
14 - Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Add chopped jalapeños to the filling for extra heat.
02 - Try substituting other cheeses such as pepper jack or mozzarella.
03 - Serve with a dipping sauce such as ranch or ketchup for added flavor.
04 - The filling can be made ahead and refrigerated until assembly.
05 - Ideal for party platters or a quick family meal.
