In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper, stirring until evenly coated.

Lay out each tortilla and distribute the chicken mixture evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the filling.

Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden and cheese is melted.

Transfer wraps to a board, slice in half, and serve immediately while warm.
