Combine chicken cubes, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 15 minutes to 4 hours.

Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add minced garlic and allow to gently simmer for 2 minutes. Keep the sauce warm at room temperature.

Thread marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers, arranging evenly.

Preheat grill to 200°C. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning frequently.

Add parmesan and chopped parsley to warmed garlic butter. Rotate skewers and baste with the butter mixture. Grill for an additional 2 minutes per side until chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.

Remove cooked skewers to a baking sheet, rest for several minutes, then generously brush with remaining garlic parmesan butter and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.
