# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Chicken Skewers

01 - 680–680 g chicken breast or thigh, cut into equal cubes
02 - 45 ml olive oil
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1–2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, no salt added
07 - 0.5 tsp salt
08 - 60 ml fresh lemon juice

→ Garlic Parmesan Butter

09 - 60–90 g unsalted butter
10 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
11 - 25 g parmesan cheese, finely grated
12 - 10 ml lemon juice (optional)
13 - 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or fresh cilantro as alternative)

→ Garnish

14 - 1 small lemon, sliced (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Combine chicken cubes, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 15 minutes to 4 hours.
02 - Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add minced garlic and allow to gently simmer for 2 minutes. Keep the sauce warm at room temperature.
03 - Thread marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers, arranging evenly.
04 - Preheat grill to 200°C. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning frequently.
05 - Add parmesan and chopped parsley to warmed garlic butter. Rotate skewers and baste with the butter mixture. Grill for an additional 2 minutes per side until chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
06 - Remove cooked skewers to a baking sheet, rest for several minutes, then generously brush with remaining garlic parmesan butter and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes, but up to 4 hours for optimal flavor.
02 - Ensure chicken cubes are similar in size for even cooking.
