06 - 2.5 ml kosher salt
07 - 2.5 ml ground black pepper

→ Potatoes

08 - 900 g red potatoes, halved
09 - 15 g grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 30 ml olive oil
11 - 5 ml minced garlic
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Green Beans

14 - 450 g fresh green beans, trimmed
15 - 7 g grated Parmesan cheese
16 - 15 ml olive oil
17 - 2.5 ml minced garlic
18 - Salt, to taste
19 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly coat with oil.
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss halved red potatoes with Parmesan, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Arrange potatoes evenly on one-third of the tray and roast for 10–15 minutes to initiate browning.
03 - While potatoes roast, combine chicken breast with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in the same bowl. Ensure each piece is fully coated.
04 - Remove tray from oven. Place chicken onto the second third of the tray, spacing evenly among potatoes, then return tray to oven.
05 - In the same mixing bowl, toss green beans with Parmesan, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
06 - Place seasoned green beans on the remaining section of the tray. Arrange all ingredients in a single layer for even cooking.
07 - Continue baking all components for approximately 25 minutes, or until chicken’s internal temperature reaches 74°C and potatoes are tender.
08 - For extra crispiness, broil potatoes on high for 4–5 minutes at the end of baking if desired.
09 - Remove tray from oven. Let rest briefly before serving for optimal texture and flavor.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Using one bowl for mixing promotes efficiency and minimizes cleanup.
