Tender chicken, roasted potatoes, and garlicky green beans bake together for a crowd-pleasing one-pan meal.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 680 g chicken breast, approximately 3-4 pieces, cut to 2.5 cm thickness
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 35 g grated parmesan cheese
05 - 35 g breadcrumbs, Italian or plain (add 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning if using plain)
06 - 0.5 teaspoon cracked black pepper
07 - 0.5 to 0.75 teaspoon sea salt

→ For the Potatoes

08 - 900 g red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
09 - 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ For the Green Beans

13 - 450 g fresh green beans, ends trimmed
14 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
15 - 1 garlic clove, minced
16 - 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional)
17 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking oil for easier cleaning.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the potatoes, garlic, olive oil, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Arrange potatoes over one third of the pan and roast for 10-15 minutes, choosing a longer time for a crispier finish.
03 - Meanwhile, in the same bowl, mix chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, cracked black pepper, and sea salt. Ensure each piece is well coated.
04 - Remove pan from oven. Arrange chicken breasts next to the potatoes. Return pan to oven.
05 - Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, optional parmesan, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
06 - Add green beans to remaining space on the sheet pan. Bake all components for approximately 25 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
07 - For extra crispiness, set oven to broil on high and roast for an additional 4-5 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
08 - Remove from oven and let rest several minutes before serving. Enjoy warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Chicken breast thickness may affect cooking time; adjust accordingly for pieces over 2.5 cm thick.
02 - For extra crispiness, consider using a rack over the sheet pan to lift chicken, allowing excess moisture to drip below.
03 - Adjust salt and pepper to taste; seasoning can be increased after baking if desired.
04 - Enhance flavor by incorporating dried oregano or additional Italian seasoning to the potatoes and chicken.
