# Ingredients:

01 - Softened unsalted butter, 1/2 cup.
02 - 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter.
03 - Half a cup of white sugar.
04 - Brown sugar, 1/2 cup packed.
05 - 1 large egg.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
09 - A pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon.
10 - 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
11 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
12 - 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff or cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cornstarch in a bowl. Leave it aside for later.
02 - Cream together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth. Add the sugars, egg, and vanilla, beating until light and fluffy.
03 - Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones until just blended. Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
04 - Grab 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten into a disk, spoon 1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
05 - Pop them on a lined baking tray and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. They're ready when they're golden.

# Notes:

01 - Don't move cookies right away—let them cool a bit first.
02 - Chilling the dough really helps the texture.
03 - You’ll get large cookies, just like a bakery.
