# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ For the Cheese Bombs

01 - 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 60 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 28 grams unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
08 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For the Garlic Butter Topping

10 - 28 grams unsalted butter, melted
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
13 - 0.25 teaspoon salt

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
02 - Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each piece. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
03 - Place a portion of mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the centre of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges up to enclose the cheese and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
04 - Place the sealed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Melt butter and mix with garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt. Stir until well blended.
06 - Brush each cheese bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture to ensure even coverage.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
08 - Allow to cool briefly before serving. Enjoy while still warm for maximal cheese melt.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure the biscuit edges are firmly sealed to prevent cheese from escaping during baking.
