Strawberry Cream Matcha Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Iced Matcha Latte

01 - 1 teaspoon matcha powder
02 - 4 ounces filtered water
03 - 4 ounces milk
04 - 1 cup ice

→ Strawberry Cream Cold Foam

05 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
06 - 1 tablespoon whole milk or 2% milk
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons strawberry syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Chill a small bowl or large glass measuring cup with a handle and a small whisk in the freezer for a few minutes. Remove the chilled bowl from the freezer and add heavy cream, milk, and strawberry syrup. Whisk vigorously for at least 1 minute, keeping your warm hands from touching the bowl. Place the mixture and whisk back in the freezer while preparing the matcha.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Pour in water, ensuring it is cold or no more than 175°F. Whisk until slightly frothy on top.
03 - Combine the prepared matcha and milk in a 16-ounce glass. For additional sweetness or more strawberry flavor, add some strawberry syrup if desired. Fill the glass with ice, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
04 - Remove the strawberry cream mixture from the freezer and whisk again until it reaches the consistency of melted ice cream. Pour the strawberry cream on top of the latte. Garnish with chopped fresh strawberries if desired.
05 - Serve the strawberry cream matcha latte immediately.
