# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 227 grams cream cheese or coconut cream
02 - 113 grams yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream

→ Sweetener

03 - 120 grams powdered sugar or sugar free alternative

→ Fruit

04 - 5 medium strawberries

→ Flavoring

05 - 0.25 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature. If using coconut cream, open and verify the contents are thick and creamy. Avoid using coconut cream that is hard or flaky.
02 - Remove stems from strawberries and blend or mash until completely pureed.
03 - Add pureed strawberries, chosen base ingredients, sweetener, and vanilla bean paste if using into a food processor, blender, or large bowl.
04 - Blend or whip the mixture until fully smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
05 - Portion the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate. Allow to chill until thickened before serving.
